This declaration outlines our commitment to preventing, detecting, and responding to CSAE within our platform, in alignment with international and national laws, best practices, and published standards.

Our Commitment:

1. Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of CSAE content, activity, or behavior on our platform. Any user found to be involved in or promoting CSAE will be immediately and permanently banned, and reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Adherence to Laws and Standards: We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to child protection, including but not limited to:

   • The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC)

   • The PROTECT Our Children Act (U.S.)

   • The Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (SESTA) / Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA) (U.S.)

   • Relevant national legislation in all jurisdictions where our app operates.

   • Industry best practices and guidelines from organizations dedicated to child safety online.

3. Proactive Detection and Prevention: We employ a combination of technological solutions and human moderation to proactively detect and prevent CSAE content and activity. This includes:

   • Utilizing advanced content filtering and scanning technologies.

   • Implementing robust user reporting mechanisms.

   • Training our moderation teams to identify and respond to CSAE indicators.

   • Continuously reviewing and updating our safety protocols.

4. Reporting and Collaboration with Authorities: We are committed to promptly reporting all suspected instances of CSAE to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. We will cooperate fully with these authorities in their investigations, providing necessary information in accordance with legal requirements and privacy considerations.

5. User Education and Awareness: We are dedicated to educating our users about online child safety and the dangers of CSAE. We will provide clear guidelines within our app regarding acceptable behavior and encourage users to report any suspicious activity.

6. Privacy and Data Security: While committed to combating CSAE, we also uphold our users' privacy and data security. All data handling will comply with relevant data protection laws, such as GDPR and CCPA, and will be used solely for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy and this declaration.

User Responsibilities:

By using MCR you agree to:

• Abide by our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which explicitly prohibit CSAE.

• Report any content or behavior that you suspect may be related to CSAE.

• Never share or promote any content that is illegal, harmful, or exploitative, especially concerning children.
